I really don’t know where to start when it comes to these two! Stacey was sent to me by a friend and I’m SO blessed that she was! She and I instantly clicked at our first meeting and with Stacey being an artist as well, our creative minds just really hit it off. She explained to me the theme of her wedding, her colors, and I was in love! She and her brother Zack started a videography business shortly after we met and they filmed my promo video over the spring and summer! We have spent a lot of time together over the course of wedding photography chit chat, promo video filming, bridal portraits, engagement photo’s, and of course, the wedding day! Stacey’s wedding was so bittersweet because it meant we wouldn’t be seeing each other as much! At the end of the night as I hugged her goodbye she said “I feel like this can’t be the end! We need to keep in touch!” I have said it before and I’ll say it again — I LOVE when brides turn into friends!! It makes the wedding day go by so much more naturally, fun and easy going when your photographer shows up and you feel like you’re friends versus strangers! I’ve been super lucky to feel this way about most of my brides :)

Stacey and Brandon share such a sweet love. Brandon isn’t a fan of smiling for the camera but when he see’s Stacey, his face lights up and he smiles so sweetly at her. They both opted in for a ‘first look’ and I’m so happy they did! Stacey walked up behind Brandon, tapped him on the shoulder, and when he turned around, there was that undeniable smile looking at his soon to be wife. She was so beautiful and I’m pretty sure the first look took care of both of their nerves…or maybe Stacey reciting the Pledge of Allegiance took care of those nerves ;-) LOL!

Stacey & Brandon, thank you SO much for choosing me to capture your most important memories! I’m so grateful for the chance to meet you, work with you, but most of all, become friends with you.
