If you read my blog, watched my video, or even keep up with me at all on social media, you’ll know that I have just marked one of my BIGGEST goals off of my bucket list and have pretty much been on a high ever since.

You guys! I goal plan every year, but what I did differently this year was I WROTE IT FOR THE WORLD TO SEE! I published a blog post in December letting everyone know what my goals were for my business in 2016 and the biggest goal I had…the one I thought was most untouchable, too far out of reach, impossible… came true!

I’m shooting a wedding in Paris. Holy crap, I have to keep pinching myself and saying it over and over again to fully believe it.

I’m SO excited and thrilled that my dream is taking me places I might not have been able to go ordinarily.

So, while we’re on the topic of goals, I want to put even MORE out there. Again, who knows who will see them! Someone really great (like YOU!) could be reading this and thinking that they want to help me succeed and be a part in making my dreams come true. There’s something powerful in aiding the success of others and having a hand in making their DREAMS come true!

So here it is:

Of course I want to travel more internationally! I would love to shoot a wedding in the following countries: Italy, Germany, Spain, Greece, New Zealand and Australia! As well as TROPICAL places! Umm, warm weather, palm trees, white sandy beaches and blue water as the backdrop to your wedding day!? YES PLEASE! Sign me up! The Caribbean, British Virgin Islands, Punta Cana (my honeymoon was there!!), Cancun, Grand Cayman (my favorite island ever!), St. John, etc.!

I also want to shoot stateside in some places I’ve been dying to see! California and Arizona are on top of my ‘stateside’ list! While I’ve seen Los Angeles, I want to see San Francisco some kind of bad, ya’ll! I would love to shoot a wedding in the following places stateside: San Francisco, San Diego, Laguna Beach (gotta see where my girl Lauren Conrad is from LOL), Malibu, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Salt Lake City, Portland, The Florida Keys, and New York City!

I would LOVE to shoot engagements at The Narrows, Big Sur, New York City, anywhere in Arizona, San Francisco, and by the Golden Gate Bridge!! I would also love to shoot anniversary sessions in these locations :)

So there ya go. There’s my big, hairy, audacious goals. And I’m not afraid to put them out there…even if they don’t come true. Because this little business has already done more for my soul than I ever imagined and if I don’t put back into it what its given me, I’d be doing both my business and my clients a huge injustice. I poured my heart and soul into creating JTP, it has since poured its heart back into me and made me into such a better person. Each and every client I have ever had has aided in that.
