Amanda was my session giveaway winner from an Instagram giveaway at the beginning of 2015! Our original plan was to shoot in June, but we got rained out and with busy season in full force, we couldn’t reschedule until August!  The 2nd shoot date… got rained out again, LOL! These summer storms have ruined SO many of my sessions but I was bound and determined to get these 2 love birds in front of my camera!! :) We made a 3rd reschedule and it ended up being the most beautiful night of the entire summer!! It wasn’t humid at all, it was a crisp, ‘fall in the air’ type of night and I loved every second of it (so much, my husband, daughter and I stayed until it was pitch black on the beach just soaking it all in after the session)!! I truly had such a great time with these two! We laughed SO much at just about everything, and rocked out our little session :) Amanda couldn’t have worn a more beautiful outfit to go PERFECTLY with the location — and she had no idea!! She wore a beautiful Lilly Pulitzer dress with sailboats and we were shooting with catamarans in the background of the beach — hello beautiful and perfect!! We ended the night with a cotton candy sky, no doubt sent from our sweet mutual friend that was sent to heaven just under a year ago. She was there with us in spirit and I know it was her doing that made that night so beautiful. I’m so so blessed to have met Amanda and Mike and hope to one day capture their wedding day — now I have to go write a little note to a certain man that needs to get busy on the ring buying ;-) LOL!
