First let me start by saying that I LOVE gender reveals!! They’re so fun and exciting and I just love being a part of something so special! Jannine emailed me letting me know she was pregnant (yay!) and wanted to do a gender reveal session with me. After having to reschedule TWICE, I know they were so happy the day finally arrived for us to do this session. I wouldn’t have been able to wait as long as they did with that tempting little envelope lingering around! SO- the plan was, beach session and PAINT! But in true pregnant woman (damn that pregnancy brain LOL) fashion, Jannine left the pain at home, haha! Thank goodness we were shooting at one of my favorite beach locations with these cute colorful sheds. I quickly improvised, had them give me the envelope, took a peek, tried HARD not to squeal haha, and took them over the color coordinated door — Seriously, what would we have done without those doors?! Every color from yellow, pink, mint green, blue, neon green, etc… so they blind folded each other and I led them around by the arms. Placed them in front of the BLUE door, then had them turn around. I LOVED their reactions and honestly, I think this was better than paint!! :) They jumped around with so much excitement, smiles from ear to ear and Jannine leaped into Michaels arms! I’m SO excited for their family to expand by one amazing little miracle from God and can’t wait to see his cute little face :) Congrats Jannine + Michael!
