Ahh I had so much fun during this shoot you guys!! This session was so SO good for my soul! Kristi is a photographer in Atlanta and shot me an email TWO YEARS AGO wanting to do a session here in VA Beach with me but somehow I wasn’t available and it never worked out. Fast forward to now — she sent me another email and I couldn’t have been more thrilled that she still wanted to work with me after 2 whole years!! She and her adorable family were going to be in VB for a few days and being a photographer herself, she knew it was the perfect opportunity for family photos on the beach! We met at my favorite little spot and had SO much fun. We laughed the entire session… got to know each other so well and truly just had the best 2 hours ever! Theres something to say about a family who shows up for their session with a stranger and is just so care free, loving, HAPPY and full of laughter — their happiness and laughter was contagious! Their son Legend is a trip ya’ll, kept me laughing all evening, so well behaved and he and his mama have the sweetest bond — they made my heart burst! I just absolutely adore this family and so hope I get the chance to shoot with them again some day! Who knows — Maybe I’ll be in Atlanta or they’ll come back to VB!! :) I LOVE that I get to work with people from all over the world that I may not have ever had the chance to meet if it weren’t for this beautiful dream job. Kristi, thank you SO much for choosing me out of the sea of photographers to capture your amazing family. I enjoyed every second with your beautiful family and feel so blessed to have gotten to know you!! Health and happiness always, xo!
