Jamie and Ryan are some of the sweetest and nicest people you’ll ever meet! They were sent to be by a mutual friend and past client and to me, thats always the best way for me to meet my couples!! Instantly I knew we were going to get along great and we certainly did! We met up in the OBX for their engagement photo’s and that was the first time we ever met. I had such a blast with them, and we created some of the most beautiful images together! Fast forward to their wedding day and you’ll quickly realize why I was SO giddy!! The Hermitage Museum has been on my ‘bucket list’ of ‘places to shoot a wedding’ for a while now and after almost having my own wedding there, I was more than thrilled to shoot their big day on these beautiful grounds!! Everywhere you turn, theres a stunning detail, rose bushes, fountains, water views, etc. You name it, its probably there! We couldn’t possibly soak up all of those details in one short day, so I’m really looking forward to shooting there again some day!!

Jamie and Ryan had beautiful touches of purple, handmade signs, and Jamie DIY’d just about everything herself! Just a girl and her cricut, ya’ll!! :) I kept up with Jamie through the planning process and saw how hard she was working on all of her details and I just couldn’t wait to get to the wedding to see what all she made! I knew she spent a lot of time on everything and how special it all was to her!

Their wedding day was perfection, not a cloud around, sunny skies and the heat wasn’t all that bad either!! Jamie and Ryan, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for choosing me to capture your most special day! Health and happiness always, xo!
